These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and dhaka bazi ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the dhaka bazi website at dhaka-bazi.com, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on any product offered by dhaka bazi, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

You agree that you will at all times:

Breach of any of the above obligations entitles dhaka bazi to suspend or permanently close your account, forfeit any associated balance, and pursue any available legal remedy. dhaka bazi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons (this list is illustrative and not exhaustive):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement.
• Creation of multiple accounts in violation of the single-account rule.
• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder themselves.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction requiring account closure.
• The account holder being identified as under 18 years of age.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited at dhaka bazi's sole discretion. Where closure is due to a voluntary self-exclusion request or due to dhaka bazi's own decision unrelated to a breach on your part, any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to you via the same payment method used for your most recent deposit.

Voluntary closure does not entitle you to a waiver of any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonus funds.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dhaka bazi's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall be limited to the net amount deposited by you into your dhaka bazi account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dhaka bazi shall not be liable for any of the following losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of opportunity, goodwill, or reputation.
• Any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind.
• Losses arising from system downtime, technical failure, internet connectivity issues, or events outside dhaka bazi's reasonable control (force majeure events) including natural disasters, government action, civil unrest, power outages, or failure of third-party payment systems (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard network outages).

dhaka bazi provides all platform services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability of the platform and the accuracy of odds and game results, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to users in advance wherever practicable.

dhaka bazi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered users via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the dhaka bazi website. Where required by applicable law, we will provide advance notice of changes before they take effect.

Your continued use of the dhaka bazi platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with a proposed change, you must stop using the platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 08 before the new Terms take effect.
